Have you ever experience a time where you just couldn’t shake a bad mood—feeling agitated, emotional, and frustrated? I recently went through that myself. Trusting my intuition after some Reiki healing and prayer, I decided to do a 48-hour fast, and wow—what a difference it made! The fog lifted, and I felt my productivity, hope, and confidence return. My mind and body got the reboot they needed. While fasting for 48 hours isn’t easy, it’s incredibly rewarding. Give it a try—two days of a liquid-only diet (I stuck to green tea and water), and by the third day, I felt a profound shift.
